changed /etc/bluetooth/main.config to connect airpods

Change /etc/bluetooth/main.config does not fix the issue. Instead, it makes the whole bluetooth driver disappear.

solution

Boot into windows if you are both windows and ubuntu. Go to Device Manager and remove usb drivers under Universal Serial Bus Driver.
Restart the computer, windows will reinstall all the proper device drivers.
